  1. Belaying for the top, bottom and lead belayer, with a quick demo of slick rigging. 
  2. Slick Rigging for the RCI with a sport top clip system demo. 
  3. Sport climbing basics including rock skills 3 and a game. 
  4. Play date, games with aims and an intro to coaching. 
  5. Coaching climbers to move better
