The Tide Race Tour
Sea Kayak the Tide Races of the Welsh coastline from Pembrokeshire to Anglesey. This 5 day Tour will have us paddle specific parts of the Celtic Coastline using the waters of Pembrokeshire along the Eastern Irish Sea all the way to the waters surrounding Anglesey. We could end up paddling out to the 'Bishops and Clerks' or having a play session on the notorious 'Bitches' of Ramsey island, courting the porpoises off the North Coast of Anglesey at Point Lynas whilst they cruise about for food, or even taking in a trip of the Stacks of Holy Island, with a grand finale session on the infamous Penrhyn Mawr. We will meet in Pembrokeshire at St Davids, Smallest city in the UK, and plan our 2 days here and then drive north to Anglesey, the island of tide races. We can pick off the best of the tides and weather to allow us the best challenge for the day. You will need your own Sea Kayak, equipment and transport as we will be starting in one place and finishing the tour at the opposite end of Wales. We will provide guiding, coaching, safety and planning. £400 accommodation not included. |
